How do I schedule a showing?

Can I tour an apartment?

Yes! We are happy to show any apartments that are currently available and ready to view.

No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by our main office at 1804 Wyoming Ave.

What to bring:

  • A valid ID
  • A debit or credit card to be held while you have the key

How do I apply?

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $45 per person for anyone 18 years or older who will be residing in the unit.

What are the qualification requirements?

To qualify for a rental, applicants must:

  • Have a monthly gross income of at least 3× the rent
  • Complete a credit and background check
  • Provide rental history verification

How long does the application process take?

The application process typically takes up to two business days,, depending on when the completed application is submitted and how quickly verifications are returned.

What if I have poor credit or no credit?

We encourage you to call our office prior to applying. Additionally, please see our Resident Selection Criteria.

Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?

Yes, this will be determined based upon screening results.

What lease terms do you offer?

Depending on availability 9–12 month leases may be offered.

Do you allow pets?

We have a strict no-pet policy at all our properties. However, service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable housing laws.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposits typically match one month’s rent, although move-in specials may occasionally be offered.

Are there additional costs?

Upfront costs include:

  • $45 application fee per resident 18 years of age and older
  • Security deposit
  • First month’s rent due on or before move-in

Monthly costs include:

  • Regular monthly rent
  • Monthly utility fee (depending on the property) ranging from $17.50 – $29.50
Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes. All residents must maintain an active renter’s insurance policy showing the landlord as additional insured.
